Green Pea & Ricotta Gnocchi with Pork & Fennel Sausage, Broccolini & Chilli
Ingredients:
- Green Pea & Ricotta Gnocchi
- 1-2 Pork & Fennel Sausages
- 1 bunch Broccolini (washed & cut into thirds)
- 2 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
- Dried or fresh Chilli (to taste)
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Remove sausage from its casing and break it into bite-sized pieces. Cook until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
2. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the garlic on low-medium heat until fragrant.
3. Add the broccolini, season with salt & pepper, and sauté until tender but still slightly crunchy.
4. While the broccolini cooks, pan-fry the gnocchi in olive oil until crispy and golden.
5. Once the broccolini is done, stir in the sausage and gnocchi.
6. Top with fresh or dried chilli, drizzle with olive oil, and enjoy!
