Making our premium quality, hand-made gnocchi is a precise process Noosa Gnocchi have fine-tuned over years of practice and experience.

We start by selecting organically grown ingredients from local farmers in areas such as Gatton and Eumundi.

Nest, we peel and cook them at just the right temperature so they don’t become too wet. After pushing them through a ricer, we add organic flour and Himalayan salt, ensuring the ideal moisture content to create a dough that’s neither too wet nor too dry.

The dough is expertly rolled into bite-sized pieces. We cook them then chill them at precise temperatures to ensure the gnocchi don’t fall apart or melt when you pan fry or bake them in your restaurant.

Finally, they are lightly coated in local organic olive oil, before being vacuum sealed and snap frozen ready for delivery.

Making mouth-watering gnocchi is a labour of love, and we go to great lengths to ensure every batch is perfect.
